Caring for your Christmas wreath

Follow this advice and your Christmas wreath should stay fresh throughout the festive season:
Store flat in a cool, dry place until ready to hang
When hanging, it is best to chose a sheltered exterior door out of direct sun. If hanging inside, avoid direct heat sources like fireplaces or radiators as these will dry out the foliage and cause the pine needles to drop
Your wreath is made on a fresh moss base to keep it hydrated, so you can soak the base in water before hanging. Mist it with water every couple of days too, front and back
When you have finished with your wreath you can strip off the foliage and dried fruit and compost. You can keep the other decorations and the moss base, which you can re-soak and re-use next year
